Things to do during the first week of college
- check your timetable (where your classes are, when you have it,etc)
- talk to as many people as possible
- don't be afraid to walk up and introduce yourself to people
- get all the essential appliances for living on your own
- figure out your finances
- figure out what sort of clubs you want to get involved in
- make sure you have the right materials
- don’t be late
- bring a book so if you’re in between lessons and you don’t know very many people, you’ll have something to do
- start conversations in class
- don’t be afraid to ask for help
- familiarize yourself with your college
- familiarize yourself with people in your dorm
- sign up for extracurricular activities
